Lalvani AI Hub · Last updated 21 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Automation Hub (the “Service”), operated by Lalvani AI Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole-operator business based in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided for business use to users who have been granted an account by their organisation’s administrator. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Automation Hub runs data-processing automations and provides an optional AI Assistant that generates a personalised daily briefing from your connected email and calendar. The Service also maintains a per-organisation knowledge graph of work-related facts (people, organisations, projects, commitments): entries can be created by users, and — where the AI Assistant is enabled — suggested automatically from your connected email and calendar summaries, in which case each suggestion is stored with its source snippet and requires a user’s confirmation before it enters the graph. The AI Assistant may also use limited, bounded context from existing entries that match a briefing’s senders or attendees; our Privacy Policy describes the exact fields sent to the AI processor, what is stored, and how to have it removed. Features may change over time, and some features (such as the AI Assistant and voice briefings) are optional and remain off until you enable them.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with data you are authorised to process. You must not:
If you connect a Google or Microsoft account, your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. You authorise us to access the read-only email and calendar data described in our Privacy Policy to generate and deliver the optional AI Assistant briefing you enable, to suggest knowledge-graph entries for your organisation to review, and to match sender or attendee values against existing knowledge-graph entries to retrieve bounded briefing context. Suggested entries require a user’s confirmation before they enter the graph. You can revoke this access at any time.
Briefings, answers from the Ask feature (including the graph entries they cite), and other AI-generated output are produced automatically by large language models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and are provided for convenience only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for verifying anything important before relying on it.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. You retain all rights in the data you provide or connect; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and provide it to you.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if the Service is provided free of charge, to £100).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and losses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights you may have.
